Refund policy

Claims

Any damage to goods or packaging during transit to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products. Customer must contact PantryMart.ca via email provided on web shop or the phone number to file the claim. All Claims must be supported with pictures/proof of damage. For Food safety reasons, damaged products/packaging must not be consumed, and customer shall keep these goods till advice from PantryMart on next steps.

Returns

Customers can return the products with in 48 hours of time of receipt. PantryMart  will not accept any product with open / damaged packaging due to food safety reasons.
