Definitions

The terms company and customer shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means PantryMart. "Customer" means the customer of the company” and website/web shop means PantryMart website.

Contract:

This website is provided by PantryMart to its customers. Any purchase made on this website will constitute a contract between the company and the customer unconditionally under PantryMart's terms and condition. PantryMart reserves the right to update/ amend the terms as and when deemed necessary.

All users of this site are deemed to be at age of majority in jurisdiction or supervised by a parent or legal guardian who is at the age of majority in jurisdiction.  As a user or legal guardian/supervisor of the user, you are fully responsible for financial charges, legal liability and understanding of binding terms and conditions.

General Indemnity:

PantryMart will have full indemnity from all sorts of legal claims that may arise due to customer facing any health-related issue/situation due to consumption of food purchased from PantryMart's website. Customer must read the allergen info, nutritional info, contents, best before date and physical state of the product before consuming it.

Liability

• Customer shall read the allergen information on all labels before consuming the product.
• Under no circumstances the Liability on PantryMart shall be more than value of invoice.
• PantryMart is indemnified from all sorts of claims that may arise due to consumption of the products purchased from PantryMart's web shop.
