Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons (30g) of Tandoori Barbeque Spice Mix in 1/4 cup (50g) of yogurt.
  2. Rub the mixture thoroughly over 2.5 lb chicken pieces.
  3. Marinate 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Barbecue, bake, or grill in the oven at 425˚F for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  5. For better taste, baste with vegetable oil
